In the event a replacement is not available, the order will be refunded. If the returned item is found not to be defective and in reasonable working order, Computer Upgraders reserves the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee on any returned item that is opened and not DOA or to deny any return that has missing or damaged retail / product packaging.
