We Analyze the Problem


Our technicians analyze your laptop to find out the problem. Sometimes the real cause of your laptop is hidden. For this reason we do a full diagnostic.

We Report...


Our customer service representatives will give you a call. During this call our representatives will: 1. Report your laptop problem(s). 2. Inform you of the flat rate labor charge and price of parts required to fix the problem(s).
3. Seek your approval to repair your laptop.

We Fix...


Once approved, our technicians begin working on your laptop immediately. Our technicians will continue to repair the problem(s) on your laptop until it is fixed completely.

We Call...


After your laptop has been fixed, our customer service representatives will call you. At this time you can decide if you would like to Pick-Up your laptop or use our Delivery Service.

We Take Laptop Donations


We do take old laptops. If you would like to donate your laptop or if you would like to donate your laptop parts, give us a call at (803) 773-2881

Disposing Old Laptops & Parts


Laws concerning the disposing of electronic hardware have changed. If you do not feel like putting up with the hassle of remembering the correct days for disposing laptop parts, bring it to Computer Upgraders! We will gladly take your electronic hardware and dispose of it in the proper fashion.

We will be sure to remove all data prior to disposing.

If you decide not to have your laptop fixed after receiving the price information from customer service, you can Pick-Up your laptop and only pay the diagnostic charge. If you made a deposit this will be put towards your labor charge.

There is a deposit required prior for any repair. This deposit is deducted from your final total at the time of pick up or delivery. For more deposit information please call Computer Upgraders at (803) 773-2881

Our Pick-Up & Delivery Services are only available for Sumter, Lee, and Clarendon County.
